Since creation, the virtual world is always a matter of controversy. Concerns about a shift in societal values become very high when the computer has become a lifestyle that can not be inevitable for the modern society. Values that the society had met each other and visit each other, now began to shift to communicate with each other through cyberspace. Virtual worlds were flooded with ‘citizens’ are an integral part of new space and time. From there emerged the virtual world is the various communities in order to satisfy human wants and needs for information.
Along with the development of a new world, the virtual world, then the conventions, ethics, and law must be made in order to maintain the existence of the virtual world. Because of its position that is susceptible to atmospheric crime, virtual world becomes a figure quite feared by various circles. From the start hacking, cracking up carding. One can arbitrarily send email to many people regardless of who sent it wanted to or not. People can break into other computers to use it for personal gain.
