Troubled First Generation iPod Nano

Again, Apple Inc. hit a problem. This time, the Japanese government asked Apple to explain why first-generation iPod nano could overheat causing burns.

Sakura’s Affairs Ministry of Commerce gave a deadline until August 4 to come to the company’s Steve Jobs to explain what happened. IPod nano cases that are too hot not the first time this has happened in Japan. So far there have been 27 cases of burns due to the iPod nano is too hot.

Earlier, Japan’s Trade Ministry has repeatedly asked Apple’s iPod provides information to prevent it too hot. “However, the warning was not enough,” said the Industry Ministry Spokesperson Japan Seiji Shimagami, Thursday (07/29/2010).

Responding to demand that the Japanese Government, Apple promised to investigate the supplier’s first-generation iPod’s battery. Apple said it was a matter of concern to the security of its products to customers. “We will respond to the letter seriously and work together to address their concerns,” Apple said on its website.

Previously, consumers also complained about the iPhone other Apple products 4. The mobile phone antenna is flawed so that the arrest signal becomes disturbed. However, Apple has denied this.
